I've been following the work of Sue Falsone for the last 3 years...to have the opportunity to talk to her on the 3 Things Podcast was truly a 'full circle' moment! Sue is an incredibly intelligent PT, AT, and Strength Coach, who now travels as an educator through her company, Structure and Function.

Sue and I talk about when and how she knew to publish her first product, "The Shoulder", as well as her book "Bridging the Gap", and how she's grown from each release. She also gives herself some hindsight advice on how to navigate career growth. Most importantly, we talk about her love for wine, having an outlet from your career, and she also gives some wine tips!
