I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie Burdick almost three years ago as a member of Strength Faction and now I have the pleasure of having this conversation with her on the 3 Things Podcast!

Jessie is a Boston-based Strength and Conditioning Coach and Powerlifter. During this conversation we talk about advice she would give herself a decade ago, how she's built some awesome habits over the last 6-12 months, and we talk about training men and women and where it really does vary.

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Chris Merritt through Strength Faction as well as hearing him speak a few times at workshops. Whether it be on program design, staffing, music, growing hair (podcast joke)or really anything, Chris is a super smart Coach and Business Owner that 'gets it' within the Fitness Industry.

In this episode Chris and I talk about being okay with your 'best guess' as a Personal Trainer, how to handle shifting priorities as your career evolves, and we have a ton of fun with the speed round at the end.
