3 Things Podcast Episode 12- Creating Culture, Honesty in Recruiting, and Legacy with Brigid Sawyer

Brigid Sawyer is the Head Coach for the Women's Lacrosse program at St. Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont. A small NCAA-Division 2 program with some big time standards. I have had the pleasure of being the teams strength coach for two seasons now and have loved all the lesson's I've learned from Coach Sawyer, Coach Piper, and all the athletes.

In this episode Coach and I dive in to creating culture, the importance of honesty in the recruiting process, we come across an inadvertent definition of character, and I ask her what would define a successful coaching career.
